This is the third project I’ve completed with Touchstone, and once again, they’ve exceeded expectations.
For this most recent job, they did a full front-of-house overhaul—completely redoing our front steps, retaining wall, and concrete. The transformation is stunning. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was communicative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. I recently hired Touchstone for some masonry work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. They were quick to respond and scheduled an estimate promptly. Mario came by on time, was professional, and provided a thorough assessment of the work needed.
What really stood out was how clearly the estimate was laid out—it was emailed to me promptly and included detailed breakdowns of the cost per service, which made it easy to understand exactly what I was paying for.
Once I approved the estimate, Andy and the crew arrived as scheduled and carried out the work efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to safety. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was done to a high standard.

I recently hired Touchstone Group Solutions for tuckpointing and lintel work after receiving about five other estimates from different masonry contractors through Angie's List. Thomas and Andy were outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to visit my property twice to answer all of my follow-up questions.
From the beginning, they were professional, thorough, and transparent. Unlike some other estimates I received, Thomas and Andy did not try to upsell unnecessary work. The contract they provided was clear, detailed, and included all the necessary insurance certificates and licensing information, which gave me additional peace of mind.
