Thomas and Andy were outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to visit my property twice to answer all of my follow-up questions.
From the beginning, they were professional, thorough, and transparent. Unlike some other estimates I received, Thomas and Andy did not try to upsell unnecessary work. The contract they provided was clear, detailed, and included all the necessary insurance certificates and licensing information, which gave me additional peace of mind.
Every item they committed to — from mortar matching to flashing installation to cleanup — was completed exactly as promised. They maintained a clean work area at the end of each day and handled every final checklist item I had without hesitation or pushback.

These guys were fantastic. I had a leak by flashing (chimney) and they did other work too. They worked with “military precision “, and always cleaned up, the price was reasonable too!

Touchstone delivers high quality work and superb customer service. Our 30-year-old building had several broken bricks and chipped mortar on the façade and front patio, severely eroded limestone in the front steps, missing flashing in the patio and steps, broken glass bricks on the side, a leak in the chimney, and a rusty fence. Touchstone provided a very detailed and reasonable estimate, agreed to let us pay in installments, and completed the all the work in a week! They even gave us a small can of paint in case we needed to do touchups on the fence. The entire time they were responsive and attentive to all our questions and requests.
I cannot recommend Touchstone highly enough. We will be calling them again next summer to tuckpoint and seal the rest of the building. Fantastic work and a great customer experience.
